Your access to and use of the website ticketing service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all customers, users and others who access or use the website ticketing service. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may choose not to use this service.

Online Purchases

If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through this website, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your name, address, credit card numbers, paypal email, phone number & email. We do not sell your information and our website is secure via SSL with Godaddy.

 

Confirmation email received after payment will serve as your ticket for entry to the tour. If you’re military or student you must show id.

Pirates of the Quarter Tours must be notified of any cancellation or changes to a reservation within the reservation’s cancellation policy. Any notifications made outside of the cancellation policy will be subject to full amount due.

You have up to 5 hours prior to your physical tour time in order to cancel your reservation and receive a full refund. If you want to change the day or time of your tour please give us 24 hours notice and we will attempt to honor your request depending on availability.

All tours subject to change due to traffic conditions or inclement weather. All tours subject to cancellation. If cancellation is necessary you will be notified via email and text. Tours go out rain or shine. The Pirates of the Quarter Tour Guide has the right to kick anyone off the tour for being disruptive or otherwise detrimental to the tour, the guide or the other guests on the tour. Your money will not be refunded.
